Also briefly describe your distribution strategy and the degree to which it is realized. (Simple example: "We sell retail and mail-order, with presence in 180 locations and 3 catalogs. We plan to add 2 more catalogs in the next six months.")
Your materials will be forwarded to the appropriate reviewer, who will contact you if more information is required. The process takes from two weeks to two months, after which we'll send you a letter or e-mail on the outcome. If you desire your product(s) back after the evaluation is complete, please make return shipping arrangements in advance.
